1. Ensure that all documents required by QMS have been created and distributed.
2. Managing the QMS Quality Manual and Procedure
3. Prepare audit programs and schedules
4. Ensuring Internal Audits Are Executed
5. Ensure Management Reviews are carried out
6. Non-conformity monitoring, corrective and preventive action
7. Representing Top Management in dealing with external parties related to QMS
8. Monitoring the achievement of Quality objective
9. Awareness campaign regarding the importance of each department's role In achieving customer satisfaction.
